miRror 2.0 A Dual View on Sets of MicroRNAs and their Targets For a set of miRNAs, miRror 2.0 reports a ranked list of gene-targets according to their likelihood to be targeted by this miRNA set. For a set of genes, miRror 2.0 reports a ranked list of miRNAs according to their likelihood to coordinately target this gene set. miRror 2.0 supports the analysis for human, mouse, rat, fly, worm and Zebrafish. miRror 2.0 tool provides a statistical standardizing for about 15 miRNA-target prediction databases.
